We ship our products to all 50 US states! Products containing THC are restricted due to individual state legislation surrounding hemp-derived THC.
While the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp products at the federal level, some states have enacted their own legislation that restricts the sale of hemp products. Please view the next FAQ to see a list of these products and the states we're unable to ship to.

You may request a refund of the full purchase price (excluding shipping fees). If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or damaged/defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item including shipping fees.

How do I process a return?
- Get In Touch: Reach out to our Customer Support team by sending an email to help@papaandbarkley.com. Please include your order # and the reason for return.
- Create a Return: We'll get back to you within 2 business days to review your request and create a return if eligible. We will provide a shipping label.
- Pack & Ship: Pack your item(s) securely, place the label provided by our Customer Support team on your package and send it our way.
- Return Completion: Once we receive your item, we will complete your return and issue a refund. Processing can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.*
Please note that while we process returns and issue refunds quickly on our end, it can take longer for it to reflect on your bank account statement.
